This is the shochu with the highest amount of brown sugar among our products (2.5 times that of our regular Asahi).
The aroma of brown sugar is clearly evident, and using black koji results in a crisp, sharp, and clean taste.
It pairs well with richly flavored dishes and can be enjoyed on the rocks, with water, or warm.
