Delivery Schedule of Products

After receipt of payment, we will usually ship within 1 week.
*Please note that due to no shipping service on Sundays and Mondays by sea freight, shipments for regular delivery will be processed from Tuesday to Saturday. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

Handling of Defective Products

Please be sure to check the products upon arrival.
The following items will be exchanged urgently and free of charge.
Please contact us within 3 days after the product arrives and return it to us within 1 week.

・If the product received differs from the one ordered.
・Damaged or dirty products

Regarding returns.

As a general rule, we do not accept returns for reasons related to customer preferences.
However, we will only accept returns if the returned item is defective or if we delivered a product different from what was ordered due to a mistake in delivery. Please notify us within 3 days after receiving the product by email (info@kokuto-asahi.co.jp) or phone (0994-65-1531).
Upon contacting us, we will provide instructions for returning the product and the refund process. Please note that we will cover the return shipping costs.

Payment methods and timing of payment

You can use the following payment methods.

●Credit Card
The credit cards accepted are "JCB," "VISA," "MASTER," "AMEX," and "Diners."
*Please note that depending on your contract terms, we may not be able to handle certain payment installment options.
*The billing statement will show "Asahi Shuzo Online Shop" as the billing entity.

●Convenience Store Payment
We apologize, but we do not offer this service.

●Cash on Delivery (COD)
Please pay the delivery agent in cash upon receipt of your ordered items.
*Payment for cash on delivery (COD) must be made in cash only.
Payments cannot be made with credit cards, debit cards, etc.
Cash on delivery fee: Flat rate of 260 yen (265 yen for deliveries after October 1st, Reiwa era).

・Consumption tax (10% reduced tax rate for items taxed at 8%)
・Shipping fee (We will inform you individually after confirming your order.)
・If you choose cash on delivery as your payment method, a cash on delivery fee of 260 yen (included in the product sales price; 265 yen for deliveries after October 1st, Reiwa era) applies.

Deadline for Application

If we cannot confirm receipt of payment within 30 days from the order date, we will cancel your order.

Underage drinking and drinking under the influence of alcohol are prohibited by law.
